Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ALOHAS pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 7-10 business days.
