How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the EU and 5-10 business days for international orders, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, ALOHAS ships worldwide. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply for orders outside of the European Union and are the responsibility of the customer.
